Description

Product Mailer Campaigns Pro is a premium add-on for the free Product Mailer Campaigns plugin. It connects your WooCommerce order data to your email campaigns so you can send more targeted, relevant messages to the right customers, directly from WordPress.

Instead of sending the same email to your entire list, Product Mailer Campaigns Pro lets you focus on three high-value groups: customers, VIPs, and lapsed customers. You keep the simple workflow of the free plugin, but gain much more control over who receives each campaign.

Key features

  1. Customer segments built in
    Product Mailer Campaigns Pro introduces three powerful segments based on WooCommerce behaviour:

  • Customers – subscribers who have placed at least one WooCommerce order. Ideal for post-purchase campaigns, product recommendations, and repeat-purchase reminders.

  • VIP customers – roughly the top 10% of customers by lifetime spend. These are your highest-value customers, perfect for exclusive offers, early access, and loyalty campaigns.

  • Lapsed customers – customers whose last order was more than 90 days ago. This segment is designed for win-back campaigns, reminder emails, and special incentives for people who have gone quiet.

These segments are calculated automatically from your WooCommerce orders, so you do not have to maintain separate lists or export data.

  1. Segment selection in the campaign editor
    When you create or edit a campaign in the free Product Mailer Campaigns plugin, Pro adds a “Recipient segment” option. You can leave it blank to send to all matching subscribers (the default behaviour), or choose one of the Pro segments: Customers, VIP customers, or Lapsed customers.

When you queue the campaign, Product Mailer Campaigns Pro filters the subscriber list before it reaches the email queue. Only subscribers who match the selected segment are included. There is no need for CSV exports, manual filtering, or external tools.

  1. Automation-ready store metrics
    Product Mailer Campaigns Pro adds an “Automations (Pro)” page in your admin area. This page gives you a quick overview of key marketing opportunities in your store, including:

  • How many new customers you have gained in the last 7 days

  • How many customers are currently lapsed, based on not ordering for a certain period (for example 60+ days)

  • How many high-value customers you have, based on total spend

These metrics make it much easier to decide which campaign to run next. You can see at a glance whether a welcome sequence, a VIP promotion, or a lapsed-customer win-back campaign is likely to have the most impact.

  1. Segments overview and subscriber insight
    The “Segments (Pro)” page shows how your subscriber base is structured. It provides counts for:

  • All active subscribers

  • Subscribers who are also customers

  • VIP customers

  • Lapsed customers

It can also show example VIP records along with estimated lifetime value, so you can see exactly who is driving your revenue. This turns your email list from a single flat list into a more useful view of who your subscribers actually are.

  1. Works with your existing setup
    Product Mailer Campaigns Pro runs entirely inside WordPress. It uses the same email delivery method you already have configured (for example, an SMTP plugin or your host’s mail service), and it continues to rely on the free plugin’s queued sending system. That means emails are sent in batches to reduce the risk of timeouts and heavy server load.

Because Pro is an add-on, you do not need to learn a new interface or move your list to a different platform. You just install the plugin, activate your licence, and gain more control in the same place you already manage campaigns.

  • Win-back campaigns – target lapsed customers who have not ordered for 90+ days and offer a relevant discount or incentive to bring them back.

  • VIP promotions – send special offers, early access or limited-edition product launches to your highest-value customers.

  • Repeat-purchase reminders – follow up with customers who recently purchased consumable or time-limited products, encouraging them to reorder at the right time.

  • Customer-only announcements – send updates, new feature announcements, or policy changes only to customers, not to every subscriber on your list.

Requirements

To use Product Mailer Campaigns Pro, you need:

  • WordPress with WooCommerce installed and active

  • The free Product Mailer Campaigns plugin installed and active

Pro reads data from your WooCommerce orders and from the subscriber tables created by the free plugin. It does not replace the free plugin – it extends it.

Pricing and licence

Product Mailer Campaigns Pro is priced at £20 per year, per site.

Your licence includes:

  • Use on one WooCommerce site

  • All current Pro features, including segments and store metrics

  • All new Pro features released during your licence period

  • Email support for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting

There are no per-subscriber fees, no volume-based charges, and no separate monthly subscriptions.

Refund & Returns Policy

We strive to describe all items accurately and include photos highlighting any damage, scratches, or notable wear. Please keep in mind that all our items are of a vintage or older nature, and as such, a reasonable degree of wear and tear is to be expected based on the age of the item.

Returns: All goods may be returned provided they are:

  • Returned within a timely manner

  • In the same condition as when purchased

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, as it is up to the buyer to ensure they are satisfied with the item’s condition prior to purchase.

We encourage you to request a detailed condition report if you’re unable to view the item in person. We’re happy to provide additional photos and videos on request to help you make an informed decision.

Collection and Delivery Information

If an item is marked “collection only”, it is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange transportation. Please use the Contact Us page to schedule a suitable time for collection.

We do offer a local delivery service within a 20-mile radius of ML1, available at an additional cost to the buyer. Please get in touch with us before purchasing the item to request a quote.

If needed, a courier service can be arranged either by the buyer or by us to facilitate transport. However, please note that we have no control over courier pricing. For reference, we have used Shiply in the past, but it’s entirely the buyer’s choice which courier they prefer to use.

Postage Information

  • Some items are available for UK postage. Postage charges will be added at checkout.

  • If an item does not have postage set, delivery may still be possible—please contact us for a quote using the Product Enquiry form.

  • Combined Postage: If you’re purchasing multiple items, please get in touch with us before placing your order via the Product Enquiry form. We may be able to offer a reduced postage cost by packing items together.

 

 

Stock Availability

All items are available for purchase both in-store and online. As our inventory changes daily, items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. To avoid disappointment, we recommend using the Product Enquiry tab to check availability and request a hold.


Short-Term Holds (0–2 Days)

A short-term hold can be placed to secure an item prior to purchase. Simply reach out via the Product Enquiry tab to express your interest.

  • Valid for up to 2 days

  • No deposit required

  • Item will remain listed for sale during the hold


Long-Term Holds (3+ Days)

For holds longer than 2 days, a 20% deposit is required to remove the item from sale.

  • Deposit is deducted from the final purchase price

  • Item will be removed from sale once deposit is received

  • You can use the deposit option via the website to reserve the item, the remaining balance must be paid either via the website or in person prior to collection.

Deposits: @ 20% of the product value. (user must have an account for the deposit option)

Future payments:  remaining balance. (user must be logged in to pay remaining balance or simplay pay on collection)


Confirmation & Travel

Please wait for a confirmation email before making any travel arrangements. This ensures the item is still available, and your hold is in place.


Multiple Platforms & High Demand

Our products are advertised and sold on multiple platforms, leading to high volumes of inquiries. While we strive to meet all customer needs, please understand that this may result in some delays or availability issues


Deposit Refund 

Refunds on deposits will only be issued if the purchase was made in error and reported within 24 hours of the original transaction.

To request a refund, please use the Product Enquiry tab to submit your request.

Please note:

  • The deposit is used to cover the cost of relisting and storing the item if the sale is not completed.
  • As such, the deposit is non-refundable once the 24-hour window has passed.
