Appointments are particularly useful for items held in our additional storage, larger furniture purchases and customers who are unable to visit during normal shop opening hours.
Viewing an Item
If you would like to view a particular piece before purchasing, please book a viewing and let us know which item you are interested in.
Where possible, please include the product name or website link when making your booking.
As some furniture and larger pieces may be held in our nearby storage rather than on the main shop floor, advance notice allows us to make sure the item is available and ready for you to view.
Please remember that many of our items are unique, one-off pieces and may sell before your appointment. A viewing appointment does not reserve an item unless a reservation has been separately agreed with Holytown Antiques.
Collection Appointments
If you have already purchased an item for collection, please use the booking form to arrange a suitable collection time.
When collecting furniture or another larger item, please:
- Check the item’s measurements before travelling.
- Make sure your vehicle is large enough for the item.
- Bring suitable blankets, straps or other protective materials where required.
- Let us know in advance if somebody else or a courier will be collecting on your behalf.
For larger pieces, having an agreed collection time also allows us to make sure the item is accessible and ready when you arrive.
Appointment Availability
Our shop is normally open for general browsing:
Friday — 11am to 4pm
Saturday — 11am to 4pm
Sunday — 11am to 4pm
Viewings and collections can also be arranged by appointment Monday to Thursday, with daytime and evening appointments available where possible.
Appointment requests are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from Holytown Antiques.
