Description
A handsome late Victorian mahogany occasional table in the traditional style, featuring a circular top raised on a finely turned central pedestal and elegant tripod base.
The round top has a softly moulded edge and a lovely warm reddish-brown finish, with attractive natural grain visible across the surface. Beneath, the turned column features a series of ring and baluster details before flowing into three shaped splayed legs with gently upturned feet.
Its compact proportions make this a particularly useful piece of furniture — ideal beside an armchair or sofa, as a lamp table, occasional drinks table, plant stand or simply as a decorative accent piece.
A classic design that works equally well in a traditional interior or mixed into a more contemporary room.
